At Eliver Traders, your satisfaction is our priority.
Every jewellery piece is thoroughly checked for quality and finish before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re always here to assist you with a smooth and transparent return or exchange process.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info.elivertraders@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

  • Please note that return shipping costs (if any) may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a quick inspection process.
After approval:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Please note:

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange if:

  • The replacement product is available in stock, and

  • The return request meets our return conditions.

If the desired item is out of stock, you can:

  • Choose another design of equal value, or

  • Opt for store credit for future purchases.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received in a defective or damaged condition:

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
